Service Booking and Ordering
Services can be booked using the reservation tools available on the Website or by contacting and arranging a convenient date via email at: artur@openchanneling.com
Reserving a date in the calendar is not equivalent to placing a formal order for the service.
Once the session details are agreed, the Client will receive a PayPal payment link via email.
Once the payment is successfully processed, the appointment is considered booked and the order is considered placed.
To place an order via the booking form, the Buyer is required to check the appropriate box confirming that they have read and accepted the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Service Execution
Services are provided online via the WhatsApp application, or through another application agreed upon with the Client in advance.
The Client is responsible for ensuring they have access to the required application.
Rescheduling or Cancellation of Services
The Client may change the date of the Service or cancel a booked appointment by contacting artur@openchanneling.com no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If the above-mentioned notice period is not met or if the Client does not appear at the scheduled time, openchanneling.com is not obligated to refund the payment. However, every effort will be made to find a mutually agreeable solution in consultation with the Client.
A Service that has started but was interrupted due to technical reasons may be completed or conducted from the beginning at a convenient time agreed upon with the Client.
openchanneling.com reserves the right to change the date of a correctly booked and paid Service due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). In such a case, the Client will be informed of the situation, and a new, convenient date will be established in consultation with the Client.
Complaints
Every Client has the right to file a complaint regarding matters related to the functioning of the Service.
Complaints concerning the execution of the Service, or processes related to booking or payment, should be submitted to: artur@openchanneling.com
A response to the complaint will be provided promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt via email.
The response to the complaint will be sent to the contact details provided by the Client during the submission of the complaint.
